The developed project in this thesis aims to outline an in-depth portrait of this important traditional element that distinguishes the community of Borso del Grappa. I tried to activate a process that requalifies and enhances it through the design. The creation of a communication tool and an effective, versatile, economical dissemination: a traveling exhibition on the Borso pipe aimed at first-grade secondary school children from the district of Borso del Grappa, Asolo, Crespano del Grappa, Cavaso del Tomba and Castelcucco.
The goal is to rediscover and make the old and new generations in the history of pipe making known. It’s an important element of Borso’s culture and tradition, so I wanted to keep the memory alive and pass it on to the next generation.
